Good Morning!

Air Quality – Red Air

Unfortunately the air pollution is very high today, so we will move to Red Air Level. This will mean that we will postpone the RP evacuation/lockdown drill until next week. Will update you soon.

Please  keep the outside doors and windows closed. 

Please note the following points:

• Please keep a close eye on students with respiratory conditions today
• PE lessons, recess and lunch breaks moved indoors
• RP Courtyard available as usual
• Outdoor CCAs will be moved indoors if the level remains at red at the end of the day.
• We will notify you if the AQI level reduces – please check email before recesses, particularly if you are a duty teacher.

Visitors from the YCYW Network School – Monday to Wednesday

From Monday to Wednesday, we will have visitors from YWYT school, which is their SLT and the representative ED. They will stay at YCPD for 3 days, including campus and class visits, meeting different leaders and teachers, joining various meetings and events. This is part of the sister school collaboration and learning from each other.

On Monday they will spend most of the time at RP, Tuesday will be their CP Day and Wednesday is a bit mixed. Therefore, we hope this will help them to get a comprehensive and insightful experience of how the YCPD team and our whole community works together. Please see the schedule attached.

YW-YT Co-Principals Visit March 13-15

Different leaders will tour them around the campus and will try best not to interrupt classes. However, if the visitors do come into the class, please can teachers just greet the visitors and carry on as normal. We very much appreciate your support, enthusiasm and professionalism, representing the YCPD spirit as always.
