Wall Displays

We will soon be coming to the busiest few months with regards to  admissions applications, and so there will be a number of events being held for prospective parents in the coming weeks,  such as AJA kindergarten visit, New family Admission Information Sessions etc…and these will all involve campus tours.

Please can we ask that all teachers review your classroom to make sure all resources are organized, and that the learning areas are all tidy and clean. The class wall displays inside and outside your room are also important, as these are often the best way to showcase the students’ learning journeys, learning outcomes, and the school’s academic level – all of which will be important to the prospective families.

We will be resending some further guidelines related to displays in the next week, but in the meantime, please undertake the following quick actions:

  • Ensure the display title is clear
  • Add short explanations/blurbs to show the purpose of the learning or the learning outcome for the activities
  • Balance English and Chinese language, ensuring a bilingual environment
  • Check that the displays are neatly presented, and value the students’ work.

Please be aware that CLTs will spend some time walking around the ECE & Primary buildings on Thursday as part of their campus walk.
