Primary Class Sign-up for Founder’s Day Mural – Message from Haruka
Good morning Primary teachers! If you haven’t signed up yet, please see the updated timetable (click ink below) and find your suitable slots that are still available in pink. If you have trouble booking, feel free to direct message me through email ( (haruka.ostley@sh.ycef.com ). For some reason, it does not always work… The timetable goes one extra week after Founder’s Day.
RP Circular Seating
This appears to have been completed over the weekend – and it looks great. At the moment it is out-of-bounds as there are still a couple of things to finish on it – we will let you know when it is available. Please can the field duty teacher also check that students are not playing on it.
Hat during recesses
Please remind the students of the ‘No Hat today, shade at play‘ rule. For students without hats, they may still play in courtyard at RP (or under the shaded area in CP).
Bus Supervision Reminders
- Please speak to your students about the expectations of behaviour in the cafeteria while waiting for the bus.
- A reminder please that one co-teacher per class takes the bus children to the cafeteria and stays until they are all sitting at the correct table.
- Bus duty supervisors – please try to ensure only one table at a time is dismissed by the bus chaperones.
