Recording Zoom
As mentioned yesterday, WeTransfer is not sufficiently working to enable us to share our Zoom sessions with parents.
Therefore, please can we ask that the sessions are recorded on Zoom via the cloud. This can be set up automatically when you schedule the meeting – see screenshot below (click to enlarge).
Otherwise, it can be set up once the meeting has started, by clicking the record icon, and selecting ‘Record to the Cloud’
Staff Meetings this week
We wish to hold staff meetings via Zoom this week:
- ECE – Thursday, February 20, 8.30am (China time)
- Primary – Friday, February 21, 9.40am and 5.00pm (China time)
For the Primary meetings, you only need to attend one of them, as they will be repeated to allow for the different time zones. We will provide the Zoom links and the agendas soon. Please let me know if you are unable to attend either one of these.
The main agenda item will be related to Zoom, and how we plan to develop these as we move forward in our e-learning platform. we will also discuss PT Interviews, and how these will be organized.

- PT Interviews – We will be using the Zoom platform to conduct ‘face-to-face’ video conferences with the parents. More information on how this will be done will be sent later this week.
