The time has come around for us to start preparing for Mid-Year Reports. Year Leaders would have already spoken to you in regards to changes with the reports.
Please find below the updated instructions and make note of the following points:
- Comments: There have been changes made to the comments and character limits. Please look at the sample comments and structure of how these are to be written.
- Curriculum statement: Comments for Mathematics, English and Topic will now include a curriculum statement. We have included instructions as to how you will need to insert the curriculum statement in PTP. Please read this section carefully. Year Leaders please run through this in your team meetings.
- Before you commence writing your comments, the first step is to ensure that your gradebook is up-to-date and that you review grades given.
- It is also a good time for you to start making notes for student comments. As per last year, we will be asking specialist teachers to pass on any relevant comments for students if necessary.
