Helping Hands Gold Award Winners (RP) – Tea with the Co-Principals on Wednesday

This will take place on Wednesday morning:

• Y1-2 – 8.30-9.00
• Y3-4 – 9.00-9.30
• Y5 – 9.30-10.00

Please send the relevant students to the Auditorium at the above times. Please note that the Auditorium will not be available for the Y3 Singing/Pastoral Care assembly  tomorrow.

Please follow the instructions sent from IT Division (sent Wednesday) regarding changing your passwords prior to the summer break. The current passwords will expire in July, and you not be able to access your account after this time if the password hasn’t changed.

Lost and Found  clear-up – Message from Roseline

Please help remind your students and parents to check the Lost and Found corner. Everything will be cleared out after the last day of school. Thank you for your support!

New Teachers Welcome Team

Please email Roseline if you will be back at the beginning of August AND you are interested to be part of our welcome team for new teachers.

Helper’s role will consist in welcoming new teachers in their apartment and giving basic indications of their surroundings. People can also join for the get-together on Monday evening at the Kerry and Tuesday evening at Thumb Plaza. (Exact Location TBC).

• Password Change – please follow the instructions sent from IT Division regarding changing your passwords prior to the summer break
• Stationery Collection – please place used stationery only into the boxes provided
• End of Year Certificates – The file for your EoY certificates may be too big to email. In this case either put them on a USB or use Airdrop to transfer them to the office, so they can print them.
