Yearbook Info – Important

On Friday 31st May, The Yearbook company will send people to meet  each class teacher to finalize each class page. I will arrange a covering teacher to release you to meet the person.

From today onwards, I will pass out the class page for you to have a look.

Today is  Orange  air

Staff away:

Nadine is away (Seeds of Hope Trip), Pinky will cover her classes

Alicia is away（Sick), Ms Wang will cover her class.

Damien, Mary & Veronica are in BJ,  please see Rob or Michelle if any issues pop up.

 

Supply Teacher notice:

Some supply teachers are take days off for next week,  this will effect our planning time next week.  We will try our best to arrange the planning time for everyone.

 

Yearbook

Please keep adding photos into the year book folder,  these are the items that we need to finish before 29th March:

1, Class Community Learning (CLL) : 6 pictures  from each K2/3  class,  5 pictures from each K4 class.

2, Creative Activity: 2 pictures form each class

3, Music class with Specialist: 2  pictures form each class

4, PE class with Specialist: 2  pictures form each class

 

Leave Form

If you haven’t fill the leave form, Please come to the office to fill it. Thanks

Lunch time

When the children are having lunch the teachers need to give them any extra food items. This is because you know the children and their allergies etc. The ayi who comes are there only to take the children to the toilet or if an emergency pops up. This is for all year levels.

ID Card Reader

Please note that the ID card reader located outside the Primary gate is not working properly. If you enter/exit  through this gate, then please swipe your ID card on the reader situated close the the cafeteria entrance for the next two weeks

There will be a code Blue lock down drill around 9.15am.

Main points to remember are:

Alarm sounds
Lock and cover doors and windows
do a headcount- if students missing call office/email- if no students missing you don’t need to do this
Keep children calm
Wait for the all clear
