Year End Stationery Collection
Support Division will be placing empty boxes in all the corridors of CP Campus to collect used and discarded stationery items from your classrooms, starting on Wednesday, June 26. As you pack up your classroom, please consider Seeds of Hope as we can donate most of the used stationery items (if they are in reasonable condition) to the schools we are involved in. We are also interested in “creative and art” items e.g. ribbons, eyes, glitter, stickers, paint brushes etc.
This past year we donated most of the items (from last year) to a new project at the BoAi Primary School (run totally on donations) in Shanxi Province, as well as supporting the YCEF communal project in the Philippines (see pictures in link below). Both of these schools expressed their gratitude for the items received.
Thanks for the support.

Summer Music Festival
Summer is almost upon us! Of course, there is no better way to celebrate the end of another fantastic school year than with MUSIC! The 2019 YCIS Pudong Summer Music Festival will be held at 5:30pm on Thursday, June 20th on the Century Park Campus sports field, featuring large and small ensembles from Primary and Secondary in Years 3-13. Several food vendors will also be on site including, Geneva, Joe’s Pizza and Kebabs on the Grille or guests may choose to bring a picnic for dinner. Be sure not to miss the final music event of the year and celebrate the coming summer holiday!

Message from Clair McEnhill
I am running my first half marathon ever in August this year. I am running for a charity that is close to my heart called ‘CALM’ (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
CALM is dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. On average 12 men take their own life every day. CALM works to prevent male suicide by providing services for men who are down or in crisis, and by campaigning for culture change so men feel able to seek help. https://www.thecalmzone.net
It would be great if you could support this cause and sponsor me please click on my page here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/clair-mcenhill. I can also take donations in cash and WeChat if that works better.
