Bus Students – Reminder

Just a reminder for class teachers to remind their bus students about expectations of behaviour – please can this be done in the next day or two. There have been a number of incidents recently, so a reminder of the rules is necessary.  Some discussion questions could be:

  • What bus rules are in place to ensure student safety?
  • What could happen if children do not follow these rules?
  • How can we show respect when taking the bus?
  • What are the children’s responsibilities when taking the bus?

This could be done as a Pastoral Care assembly if necessary, and linked with the Helping Hands values.

Secondary Spring Music Gala Invitation – Message from Nick Adgemis

On behalf of our secondary musicians, the Performing Arts Department would like to cordially invite you all to attend our Secondary Spring Music Gala, which will be held this Thursday evening at 6pm in the CP Theatre.

This concert is a culmination of work from our finest instrumentalists and singers, who have performed at various music events throughout the year and in most cases have featured at our Year Level Recital Series.  Whilst featuring some high standard work by individuals and small groups, we are also very proud to feature our secondary ensembles:  Voices of YCIS, The CP Sinfonia and The Stage and Show Band.

Tickets can be obtained from the main office at Century Park Campus.  We sincerely hope you will join us in celebrating the talent of our secondary musicians and supporting their opportunities to grow as performers.
