Accreditation Visit – Monday to Friday of this week
The Accreditation Visit continues today. Please be prepared for class visits, remember to wear your name name badge and be on time for your meetings.

A shuttle bus has been arranged for teachers as follows for today –
- Tuesday at 3:45 from RP to CP (for section B meetings) – bus #1
- Tuesday at 3:45 from CP to RP (for section B meetings) – bus #2
- Tuesday at 5:15 from RP to CP (for section B meetings) – bus #2
- Tuesday at 5:30 from CP to RP (for section B meetings) -bus #2
Below is a summary of their visit for the rest of the week –
- Tuesday – Various Section meetings, Subject Vertical meetings, Classroom visits
- Wednesday – Section G meeting, Student Council Meeting, POP meeting, Classroom visits
- Thursday – Final Classroom visits, possible meetings with key personnel, VT to finalise their reports
- Friday – Address to leaders, VT departs

YCIS Calendar 2016
Please collect a YCIS Calendar from Support Division (Lisa at RP and Jenny at CP) before tomorrow if you would like one.
Giving Tree Schedule – Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd Dec
Please sign up for a time to visit the Giving Tree with your class and record this on the schedule in the RP Staffroom by the end of the day tomorrow. (CP teachers have already done this.) For an explanation about this annual event please have a read of the attachment. If you have any questions, please contact Moira.

Global Education Conference – Message from Amita
The annual Global Education Conference, a free four-day online event bringing together educators and innovators from around the world, runs from Monday, November 16 through Thursday, November 19, 2015 (November 20th in some time zones). All are invite to attend!

The Global Education Conference is a collaborative, inclusive, world-wide community initiative involving students, educators, and organizations at all levels. You can join for just for one session, or as many you like.
Chinese characters exhibition-Janie Dong
The art work of Chinese characters has been exhibited at both RP and CP campus. It is one of the activities for our Chinese Culture Day. Please remind our students not to touch and lean on the art work. Please don’t move the wooden fences in RP courtyard.
