No Bikes After School – Effective From Monday
Due to safety concerns we will no longer allow students to ride bikes and scooters around the campus after school from Monday. Bikes and scooters can be carefully ridden out of the school to go home, but not around the campus. Please communicate this to your students today during snack time.

Y2&3 Violin Rehearsals and Concert – Message from Sophie
Dear class teachers ,please notice same details about our concert rehearsal:
Y2 All students get violins from 306 room.
Y3 All students get violins from 309 room.
- Please remind your students who use own violin bring it to school everyday.
- Please check student;s name on the violin ,bow and case.( just own)
- Keep student’s violin case in their classroom when we will rehearsal time.
- After rehearsal own violin put back to classroom, school violin put back to 306 and 309.

Year 2 and 3 students that they will be performing these combined pieces on stage and spread throughout the theater. Those more advanced Year 3 students will be performing these pieces from memory. In this rehearsal students will perform in lines.
1:30-2:00
Year 2 combined rehearsing “The Black Pearl”
Year 3 is not required until 2:00
2:00-2:30
Year 3 combined rehearsing “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” and “I’ve Got a Dream”
During this time Year 2 will wait in the auditorium
2:30-3:00

Yearbook Names – Message from Amita
The school office sent out emails to all parents to have a look at their childs name as it would appear in the yearbook. If they would like to make any changes, parents will inform you by today. This information needs to be emailed to Amita who will make all the changes. Please do not make any changes to the yearbook server as those files will not be used.
CP Sports Notes
- CISSA Softball- Reminder practice today ( 3.30-5) for all those playing in match versus Gubie on Thursday evening.
- CISSA Softball-Cross River Event- Names of all students available must be with Mr Connell by Wednesday practice. Please collect a letter from Mr Connell re CRE times & staff contact details
- All PE students– Please be aware that you need a hat, sun cream & water for ALL outdoor activities. We are all involved in softball & it is important to come prepared (PE Dept)
