Dear Primary Teachers,
On Friday, September 18, a small team of photographers will work with our school’s Marketing Division to take a series of photos of our students for our internal and external promotions.
The photographers and Marketing Team will be visiting a range of pre-identified classes (see schedule below), and will also take photos during key congregation times (e.g. arriving at campus, breaks, lunch, and boarding the school bus).
If the photographers are scheduled to come into your classroom during a lesson, then please carry on as normal. It would be good also to inform the students prior to the day, so as to ensure that they are not surprised or silly. Some photos will require a slightly ‘set-up’ scenario – in which case the photographers will guide you.
A few individual students will have photos taken after school. If one of these students is in your class, then you will be notified separately.
The photographers will be informed which students do not have permission to be photographed, and they will ensure that they are not included in any external marketing photographs taken inside or outside of the classrooms.
A letter explaining this will be sent to all parents shortly, and will also request that proper uniform be worn on the day.
