Dear Staff,

We have recently been informed by the Directorate that a Laptop Subsidy Purchase Scheme for Staff is being introduced.  This is voluntary for all current staff.

Attached is the policy document outlining the Scheme and an Appendix with the technical details of the laptops that will be available for discounted purchase.

Should you elect to join the scheme for 2015-16, orders can be place at: http://laptop.ycis-schools.com/Login.aspx

We will discuss further at our Staff Meeting on Wednesday if you have questions or comments.

最近我们收到了由总部制定并发出的“手提电脑采购补贴方案”，在此，我们亦根据总部要求向老师们介绍此方案。本方案基于老师自愿参加的原则。

附件是有关这一新政策的纲要，采购补贴标准以及关于采购补贴适用的几款机型的介绍。请各位老师花一些时间进行仔细地阅读和理解。
