CCAs – important Information

For today’s CCA’s at RP, please lead your students to the Auditorium at 3.15pm, as the gym will be out of bounds. The relevant activity signs will be placed on the walls, so that the children will know where to sit.

A couple of other points/reminders to note regarding CCA logistics:

  • Please can the teachers leading the activities come as soon as possible to register/collect their CCA students. All CCA teachers/supervisors should arrive no later than 3.20pm
  • We would like teachers who drop off students for the CCAs to stay until all their children are seated by the correct activity line. Please do not just lead them to the area and leave.
  • Please can class teachers/year leaders speak with their classes about sitting down in their correct CCA line whilst waiting for the CCA teacher. It makes it very difficult for the CCA organisers when children are walking around and not sitting down in the correct line.
  • Please do not drop off children before 3.15pm.

Thanks all for your immediate attention to this.

Visitors on campus today

5 professors from Honkong Educational University will visit Pudong campus today. Sissy will be touring them the campus once they arrive. Please be aware that they may quickly drop by some classrooms along their tour. If you should see the visitors around the campus, please smile and say hello/ni hao. At the same time, please also speak to your classes about this, and reinforce why it it important to walk on one side of the corridors /stairs, and not to push past people in corridors. Thanks!
