K3 & K4 Learning Reviews are on this morning. I have already sent the list to class teachers this morning. They will be held in the small room next to our office.
CNY outfits
Chinese New Year is coming, if anyone would like to make a Chinese traditional costume, special dress or any other clothes, please email Sissy by the end of this week. We need at least 10 people to invite a tailor to come to school next week.
Damien Away
Damien will be away for the next week as he will be recruiting in the UK. Please see Mary or Rob for any matters arising.
Class computers-
Kevin has created an account student with password 123, the apps have been installed in all iMac accounts, teachers try to log in the account and if has some problems please email Kevin.
Also students are not to collect printing from he printer unless they are with a teacher.
Emergency Telephone Tree and Procedures – Important
The school is currently in the process of setting up a text message system to inform the staff if the school had to close at short notice. However, until that system is up and running, we will continue to use the Emergency Phone Tree.
Please can all RP staff check the attached Emergency Phone Tree. If your phone number has changed, please contact Jenni/Katrina today. Please also review the procedures, which are implemented if the school had to close with short notice.
