First News produce weekly resources which we have access to as part of our subscription. I have attached the examples email which alerts you to the most recent edition form this week . Year Leaders/PPT members will soon be showing you how to register to be able to access these helpful resources each week and have them sent to your inbox. Specialists, Amita will show you how to do this.
This supports our Current Affairs Programme but as with the structure of our curriculum, resources can be useful to other subjects just as well including the weekly debate resources for English and EAL. The literacy activities which I recommend you use are linked to National Curriculum Levels.

The other ways to access the subscription are via the iPad app or you can read the traditional paper newspaper which is passed to the Year Leader when it arrives each week.
