RP Student Council Meeting Today

Please send your Student Council reps to Jeanne’s room (304) for a meeting this morning at 10.00am.  Reps should take their snacks with them.  Thank you.

 

Choir Practice – RP

Please note that there choir practice has been moved to 10am today. Please can class teachers send their choir students to the Music Room at this time.

 

Visitors from Chongqing – 13th and 14th May

Today and tomorrow we have two visitors from YCIS Chongqing on Campus, Laura and Patrick.  They are here to see how we do things at YCIS Shanghai and will be dropping into classrooms at RP today. Tomorrow they will be at RP and CP.  Should they drop into your classroom, please continue as normal and welcome them if you see them around.

 

Year Book Order deadline.

Please can all class teachers write a note in their students’ diaries that the Year Book order deadline is Thursday (Y5s deadline is on Monday due to being on camp last week…so the Y5 reminder can be sent  on Friday).

 

Co-Principals’ Meeting Thursday – RP campus

On Thursday, Regency Park Campus will be hosting a Co-Principal meeting, with the Directors, Superintendents and Co-Principals from all YCIS Schools in HK and Mainland China here.  The meeting will be held in the ECE Parent Room, Conference Room and ECE Staff Room.  Please be aware of the visitors on campus, help them get to the basement if you see people lost, and be aware of the meeting going on if you are in the ECE basement area.

Upcoming Dates/Reminders

  • Visa Renewals – For those teachers requiring their visa’s to be renewed, then please remember to pass their passports to the Office Administrators by tomorrow morning at the latest.
  • Baker Books – Parents can order online this week, deadline is Friday 15th May.
  • EdTech Conference – Friday/Saturday. Arrangements for the EdTech Conference, RP Duty Roster – Ed Tech
  • Ed Tech Wifi – The connection is YCIS-Edtech, the password is edtech@2015. RP teachers please test it out.
  • Y1 Violin Concert  – Wednesday, May 20
  • Soccer Days (Y4-6) – Next Tuesday (Y4), Wednesday (Y5) and Thursday (Y6)
