Parent Teachers Interviews

Thanks to everyone for their preparation and hard work leading up to the PT Interviews last week. In terms of follow-up, please email me any feedback from the interviews…including  common thoughts, questions or concerns etc…

Also, please  remember to place any relevant notes on the students’ PS profile, and to follow up with any action as a result of the interviews.

The online sign-ups will open on Friday, January 12 at 6pm (the day the Mid Year Reports go home). Please place a reminder in the students’ diaries. The parents will be informed via the Parent Blog on Wednesday.

Please see attached a diary reminder, that needs to be placed in student diaries today.

PT Interview Diary Reminder

For primary teachers, you will also find the copy of the ‘CHEAT SHEET’ attached below, that we would like  to pass to parents at the end of the interview. As mentioned in the staff meeting yesterday, it would be a good idea to print this as an A3 copy and post on the front door for parents to view. Please however, also print an individual note for each family.
