Solay Lor is away in the morning (Personal Leave). 5C will be covered internally. Please note that some CP EAL will be affected today – Lydia/Elynnor will inform the teachers which lessons this affects.
Sara D’Ambrosia is away. Katharine Michaud will cover 3D.
Ada Shi is away today. Sandy Tan will cover her Chinese lessons and co-teaching responsibilities in 3B
Carry Wang is away (Sick leave). Rita Yu will cover her Chinese classes and co-teaching responsibilities in 4A
Leo Lazo is away for the rest of the week. Chris Perks will run the Y5-6 Bible club today.

Year Book Make-Up Photos
The make-up Year Book photo day will be held eat the beginning of April ( date TBC). In preparation for this, please can we ask all class teachers to access their yearbook pages (smb://10.5.1.1/Yearbook/Yearbook 2015-2016/PRIMARY/Pages/Y5/A/Y5A-freepage.indd, smb://10.3.1.1/Yearbook/Year Book 2015-16/Primary/Pages/Y1/C/Y1C-freepage.indd) and check to see which students’ photos are missing. Please then send the names of these students to Jenni Wang (jenni.wang@sh.ycef.com) or Katrina (katrina.chen@sh.ycef.com) by Friday morning this week (25th Mar) at the latest. Please also let the office know if any class teachers’ photos are missing too.
Memorial for Sam
For those of you who knew Sam, we will arrange a book/note cards for teachers to write their own thoughts about Sam, which we will send to the family. These will be placed in the Primary Staffroom at RP on Friday.
Her memorial will take place on Friday afternoon at 4:00pm in the Regency Park Campus Auditorium (3rd Floor). Staff from all YCIS campuses are welcome to attend this celebration of Sam’s life.

Please note that it is likely that Dr. Chan will be around the campuses today, along with a number of other visitors. Please smile/say hello if you see them around the school.
